Returns & Exchanges


For some of our clothing products we can offer paid returns/exchanges within reason, initiated within 7 days of order delivery. Paid returns/exchanges mean you will be invoiced for the cost of the return label to send back your item, as well as the new shipping cost for the exchanged item to be sent back out to you.

Additional Policy


Items must be in original condition with tags still attached and are subject to inspection. They must be shipped in an opaque (non-see-through) bag with adequate tape and protection.

Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.

The following are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All non-clothing items & accessories Final Sale
  • Customized items such as Flash Tattoo Designs Final Sale
  • Items purchased on sale Final Sale
  • Printed on demand / embroidered on demand items Final Sale

Changes & Cancellations


We cannot cancel orders once they are submitted. If you've made an error in your shipping address, sizing, or have another order-specific concern, please reach out as soon as possible to hello@royalcoven.com and we will do our best to accommodate changes.

Please note that we are unable to make changes once an order has shipped.

Issues


Please notify us within one week of package arrival if there are any issues with your order, and include any relevant photos within your email.
