Exchanges & Returns
For some of our clothing products we can offer paid returns/exchanges within reason made within 7 days of order delivery. Paid returns/exchanges mean you will be invoiced for the cost of the return label to send back your item as well as the new shipping cost for the exchanged item to be sent back out to you. If you have any specific questions about the return eligibility of a product prior to ordering please email us or leave us a chat message.
ADDITIONAL POLICY INFORMATION:
-Items must be in original condition with tags still attached and are subject to inspection. They must be shipped in an opaque (non-see through) bag with adequate tape and protection.
-Exchanges/returns must be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
-All non-clothing items & accessories are FINAL SALE
-Customized items such as Flash Tattoo Designs are FINAL SALE
-Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE.
-Printed on Demand/Embroidered on demand items are FINAL SALE
Changes & Cancellations
We cannot cancel orders once they are submitted. If you've made an error in shipping address, sizing, or other order specific concern, please reach out as soon as possible to hello@royalcoven.com and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Please note that we are unable to make changes once shipped.
Issues
Please notify us within one week of package arrival if there are any issues with your order and include any relevant photos within your email. Please email us at hello@royalcoven.com
