Shipping
We do our best to process and fulfill all ready to ship items within 7 business days (Monday through Friday), exact shipping details will be listed in the product details. Pre-orders are subject to 6-8 weeks unless otherwise stated. Please see individual item details for processing and shipping information. All items are made individually and we do our best to get your order out to you as soon as we can! If a non-preorder item is needed in a rush, please leave a note on your order/email us with your request and we will do our best to prioritize it, we also recommend you purchase a quicker shipping option to help you get it there in your desired timeframe. Please note that the shipping time quotes do not include production timeline and refer solely to the transit time once shipped out.
Shipping is offered through a variety of carriers available for your selection at checkout.
Please note, print/embroidered on demand items are subject to different shipping times and will ship separately from in house products.
Free U.S. Shipping over $100
For orders with free shipping, the lowest tier tracked shipping will be used even if you've selected a higher tier shipping rate at checkout. If you would like to upgrade your shipping from the lowest rate to a quicker shipping option please reach out after purchase and we can help accommodate the upgrade!
Customer is solely responsible for tracking their package after it has been shipped and paying any international duties before delivery.
Non-deliverable packages: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any packages that are returned to sender are not eligible for shipping refund. Customer will be contacted in the event of a returned package and have the option of a refund for the item only, or reshipped with a new shipping label purchase.
International Shipping *NEW GSPR RULES 2025*
We are currently able to ship everywhere EXCEPT the EU* due to the introduction of GSPR restrictions. We hope to be able to resume shipping to the EU at a later date but at this time can only accommodate shipping to forwarding addresses for our EU customers.
*EU member states include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. This regulation also applies to Northern Ireland, although it is not an EU member state.
Shipping options for international shoppers are available at checkout. After an item is scanned in the origin country, your parcel can be tracked with your local postal service with the same original tracking number. Customers are solely responsible for tracking and working with local customs if they have any questions. Most countries hold the package for several weeks before returning to sender if any customs information is needed or fees are due. Please see above for information and policies on returned packages.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Royal Coven is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Exchanges & Returns
At this time we do not offer exchanges or returns and cannot cancel or change orders once they are submitted. Please make sure to use our sizing charts for reference when ordering to ensure you receive the right size. For specific items such as dresses and pants, we may offer paid returns, please see item details for specifics.
Issues
Please notify us within one week of package arrival if there are any issues with your order.
Damages
Although Royal Coven is not personally liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, every shipment is insured for up to $100 in damages/loss through Shipsurance. Several shipping types are also covered by UPS & USPS directly if you wish to pursue a claim through them directly please contact them directly to start the process.
If you believe your package is lost or you've received a damaged item, please reach out to us at hello@royalcoven.com and we will help in opening a claim with Shipsurance.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, if you've received a damaged item and are reaching out to us please include photos of the damaged items and packaging in your email to help us expedite your claims process.
When will you restock the item I'm dying to have?
We try to restock our best selling items as often as possible but it is sometimes impossible to keep certain items in stock. Some items may also be limited run to allow us to come out with new ideas!
Please make sure you sign up our restock notifications to be the first to know when a product is back in your preferred size!
